The Rockets class is for boys 4 to 6 years old by coach’s invite from preschool gym only. This 50-minute class will allow the boys to leave the preschool gym and specialize in men’s gymnastics at an earlier age. Rockets are introduced to the six Men’s Olympic events: floor exercise, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bar.
Fun gymnastics skills taught in our Rockets class include:
- Tuck hang on rings
- Beginner circles on mushroom
- Forward and backward rolls
- Pushups and bar dips for strength
