Advanced Girls

Advanced Girls classes are for girls that are 7 years and older. This class will build upon the skills mastered in the Intermediate Girls class and is offered as a 2 hour class. The gymnasts will continue to work on the four Olympic events as well as trampoline. Gymnasts in this class are encouraged to join our competition class as well. Students will receive a skill tracking sheet to monitor their progress.
Fun gymnastics skills taught in our Advanced Girls class include:
- Front Handspring Vault
- Glide Kip
- Cartwheel on High Beam
- Roundoff Back Handspring
