All Stars:

All Stars classes are for girls ages 5-7 years old and meet twice weekly. This class builds on the skills learned in our Super Novas and  Nova Stars classes. We will focus on the 4 Olympic events: vault, bars, balance beam, and floor.

Fun gymnastics skills taught in our All Stars class include:

• Handstand Vault
• Back Hip Circle
• Cartwheel on low beam
• Back kickover
